PawLyx LTD ships pet products to selected European Union countries.

Available delivery countries are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on the selected delivery provider, destination country and available shipping method.

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping prices may change from time to time depending on carrier rates and service availability.

Incorrect or incomplete address 

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing an order. 

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery or non-collection, additional shipping costs may apply.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at pawlyx@outlook.com before sending any item back.

Returned items should be unused, clean and in a condition suitable for inspection. Where possible, please return the item with its original packaging and order details.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, incorrect or faulty.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at pawlyx@outlook.com as soon as possible and include:

  • your order number;
  • a short description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Refund timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
